We are putting in place new COVID-19 protocol. Florida is now the epicenter of the virus as the highly contagious delta variant of coronavirus continues to spread. Our highest priority is the health and safety of our students! We continue to limit classes to eight students for good distancing, so after checking our schedule visit classes.eustisyoga.com to register for a class. Following current science, we are now recommending masks be worn indoors. We're not sharing equipment yet, so please bring your own mat and any props (such as a small blanket or cushion) that you would like to use. If possible, plan to make your payment with cash or check.

Our beautiful center in Eustis, Florida is dedicated to the art and science of yoga. We serve the surrounding community including Mount Dora, Tavares, Sorrento, Leesburg, and more. We aim to make yoga accessible to everybody. Men and women of all ages and physical abilities–beginners and advanced students–are guided to work to their individual edge in our Yoga for All classes. We provide a peaceful and harmonious environment which encourages renewal and inner focus. A non-competitive spirit pervades our classes. Mindfulness training is woven into all of our yoga classes.
