Our beautiful center in Eustis, Florida is dedicated to the art and science of yoga. We serve the surrounding community including Mount Dora, Tavares, Sorrento, Leesburg, and more. We aim to make yoga accessible to everybody. Men and women of all ages and physical abilities–beginners and advanced students–are guided to work to their individual edge in our Yoga for All classes. We provide a peaceful and harmonious environment which encourages renewal and inner focus. A non-competitive spirit pervades our center. Mindfulness training is woven into all of our yoga classes.

Come to any class on the current schedule.Go to classes.eustisyoga.com to sign up . No memberships or contracts! Beginners are always welcome –our very experienced teachers will guide you through your first class.

Studio
Parking

Our main parking lot is off Diedrich Street, by our sign. Follow the brick-lined path to the entrance. The parking off Orange Avenue is Disabled Parking Permit only. If parking on the street, please do not block driveways or mailboxes.

Condition
Body & Mind

Our classes contain breathing exercises, asanas (yoga postures), flowing exercise sequences, and a period of deep relaxation. This program conditions your body and focuses your mind, imparting a feeling of wellness, peace, and rejuvenation.

Sivananda
Traditions

Owner and teacher Lakshmi Trambauer (FKA Tracey)has 500+ hours of teacher training at Sivananda Yoga Centers in India and Canada. Her classes are grounded in the classic Sivananda tradition but also draw from the best aspects of diverse yogic disciplines.

Our Center

Leave your cares behind when you arrive at Eustis Yoga, in the heart of the quiet, charming town of Eustis, Florida. Formerly an historic house in need of much TLC, the property is now a welcoming oasis featuring a beautiful, calming yoga room, a kitchen where you can always brew a cup of tea, and a sitting porch for hanging out, reading, catching up with old friends or making new ones.

A brick lined path leads you to our door. We invite you to sit outside before or after class: our gardens are ever evolving and filled with vibrant color and butterflies. Walk our meditation labyrinth for peace of mind! We look forward to adding several lovely features including a mural and a reflecting pool.

About Lakshmi

Lakshmi, Eustis Yoga owner and teacher, holds the title Yoga Acharya, Master of Yoga. She also holds the Yoga Alliance designation "Experienced Registered Yoga Instructor 500." Lakshmi has been teaching yoga for over twenty years, and for over thirty years she has studied spiritual approaches to living and proper exercise and nutrition.

Lakshmi received yoga teacher training and certification at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Quebec in 2000. Upon returning from this month-long immersion in the yogic lifestyle, she was invited to Clermont to teach to the South Lake community. Opening Still Lake Yoga followed. In 2005, she travelled to Natala in Northern India to take Advanced Teacher Training at a Sivananda Ashram. She opened beautiful Eustis Yoga in 2015.
